Watraba Rest Area Claimed

The Watraba Rest Area Uworra, Koonibba Nullarbor Plain South Australia, The Watraba Rest Area is a small gravel roadside stop immediately next to the Eyre Highway in the small South Australian region of Koonibba where can pull off for a rest or an overnight stop if travelling in a fully self-contained recreational vehicle (RV). There are no facilities at the Watraba Rest Area, other than a few picnic tables, some shade and rubbish bins. Pets are OK if kept on a lead and under control at all times. There is good mobile phone coverage. The Watraba Rest Area, overnight camping spot is suitable for camper trailers, rooftop tents, campervans, motorhomes and caravans. No tent camping. This site can be noisy given its proximity to the Eyre Highway.
