The Eyre Highway 258km Westbound Rest Area is a large level gravel rest area on the westbound side of the Eyre Highway that is suitable for fully self-contained vehicles only. It is very basic with no facilities, meaning you will need to be self-contained (caravan / motorhome). Given it is a large area, there is room for a both large road trains and recreational vehicles. Pets are OK, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
